New Order Process

To ensure the order process is as smooth as possible by ensuring the following steps are followed:

  1. Email your order/purchase order to complete with the following:
    Item description & quantity, order number or reference, and required delivery date.
    If you have multiple designs/files please tell us what product each file name relates to and what quantity you would like.

    If you have special requirements like none standard finishing or packing please let us know.

    PLEASE DO NOT copy in any other UKP email address to avoid duplicate orders being processed as these will be chargeable.

    Any NO FAIL orders should be discussed before placing the order to ensure the delivery date is achievable. (You will need confirmation from us via email)

    If your order is not a no-fail we will confirm if your deadline can be met if not we will confirm the earliest dispatch date.

  2. Your order must include the delivery address otherwise this will not be placed into our workflow until it is confirmed as this causes shipping label issues & orders going to the wrong address.

  3. Ensure your print-ready artwork files are attached to the same email, if files are not print-ready then there will be a charge for us to correct these. We have templates for all of our products available so if you need these please ask before placing your order.  If the colours are to be colour matched please ask for a pre-production sample.   Lead time for a PPS is 5 working days.

    Please note: If your order does not contain the correct information for us to process your order or your artwork is not print-ready this may delay your order.  This is checked when the artwork team processes your order, not at the point of order.  
    We will not be held responsible for this.

    If you require a proof please let us know when placing your order.

Once we have processed your order we are unable to accept any changes.

The current lead time is 5-7 working days from receiving your order.


The artwork team will check your artwork files if they are not print-ready we will offer your two options.

  1. We can correct the artwork to our template in most cases this is charged at £35.00 per hour (The artwork team will quote the  time required)
  2. We can send you the required templates so you can correct the artwork.

Please note: If the file is not set up in the correct template this may cause a delay to your order.

We will use the colour space you have attached to your artwork
